8. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

• Payments

All coaching services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is offered. By enrolling in any coaching program, you authorize Olivera Flacco to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount.

• No Refunds

Due to the personal time, preparation, and limited coaching availability involved, all coaching payments are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

One-on-one coaching

Group coaching

Digital materials

Programs or packages

No refunds are given for non-participation, scheduling issues, or changes in personal circumstances.

 

• Rescheduling Sessions

If your coaching package includes sessions:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• Chargebacks

You agree not to request a chargeback without first contacting Olivera Flacco to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees.
