I struggled with my (un)health since the age of 4. After growing up with a lot of unexplained pains and aches, it became much more important to me how I FEEL in by body than how I LOOK.

I started my career as a classical piano teacher, then added yoga instruction and entrepreneurship to it, while further evolving into a Fashion/Commercial model and Holistic Health Mentor that I am today.
I train athletic women and couples over 30 how to achieve the pain-free body, freedom of movement at any age and prevent injuries while exercising or performing simple house chores.
My ultimate goal with clients is train them how to:

Prevent random injuries, falls and future aches and pains
Never obsess about “getting old” or going through menopause
Never worry about losing independence as they age
